Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your London Fox order on its way as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Many orders may ship sooner when possible.

Because some of our items are personalized or made to order, occasional delays may occur due to product or supply availability. If we expect your order to take longer than our normal processing time, we’ll contact you with an update.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking information when available. Please note that carrier delivery times are separate from our processing time. Once your order has been released to the shipping carrier, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by London Fox.
